Creating a Recurring Job Advertisement
Want to keep your job postings fresh without breaking a sweat? You can now set up recurring postings on paid job boards. This handy feature allows you to automatically refresh your job ad every 7 to 30 days (depending on the job board). Each refresh incurs the usual posting fee or sponsored amount—easy peasy!
Here's how you do it:
- Locate the Job Posting
- On your dashboard, find the job you want to advertise.
- Click the three dots next to the job title.
- Select Post to Job Boards from the dropdown menu.
- Add the Job Board
- Choose the paid job board(s) you want and click Add to include them in your cart.
- Complete the required details at checkout, which vary based on the job board's requirements.
- Choose the paid job board(s) you want and click Add to include them in your cart.
- Enable Recurring Posting
- Look for the recurring posting toggle, which usually defaults to ON.
- If it's not already ON, switch it ON and select your preferred refresh rate (options range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the job board).
Canceling a Recurring Job Advertisment

- Navigate to the Job Board Options
- Head back to the Post to Job Boards page for the job.
- Click the three dots next to the job title and select Post to Job Boards again.
- Cancel the Recurring Posting
- Expand the Reports section under the "Paid Postings" area.
- Locate the active job ad under the job board name.
- Click Cancel or End Campaign, depending on the ad type.
- Expand the Reports section under the "Paid Postings" area.
Pro Tip: You can always double-check active paid postings in the Paid Postings section of the Reports menu.
