LinkedIn has recently made some changes that may impact the visibility of jobs under the free Limited Listing option for some accounts. In some cases, companies may now be required to have a job slot contract with LinkedIn to be eligible for Limited Listings.

What does this mean?

You will still see the option to select LinkedIn Limited from the job board selection list in your account. However, you will now also see the disclaimer that a job slot contract may be required to be eligible for LinkedIn's free visibility. If you were to select LinkedIn Limited and check out with it in the shopping cart but do not see your jobs on LinkedIn after 24 hours, this may be an indicator that you are required to have a job slot contract with LinkedIn before they'll show your jobs on their website.

We recommend reaching out to LinkedIn through their Help Center to gather more information on that.

Are there other options besides purchasing job slots from LinkedIn?

Yes! You have the option to post the job directly to your LinkedIn Company page and route the candidates who apply to your ATS application form.

If you are interested in this option, we have a support article dedicated to showing you how to do this here:

You still need to use the LinkedIn Limited option in the ATS. Doing that will route your job straight into your Recruiter account under the Basic section. You can sponsor those jobs directly from there using your job slots or even enable job wrapping to have them automatically sponsored into the job slots.
